SHIPPING & RETURNS
All items are shipped from The Netherlands via Post NL Standard Parcel, and you will be provided with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost packages resulting from incorrect name or address input or missed deliveries. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct to reduce the chance of lost packages.
Should you wish to insure your delivery and require a signature upon delivery, you can select Registered Parcel at checkout.
All packages delivered outside The Netherlands are sent via Post NL International Registered Parcel, we do not offer Standard shipping outside The Netherlands to reduce the chance of lost packages.
We will accept returns within 14 days of the shipping date. Please only return items if they are in their original, well packaged condition. Please email us before returning an order and we will provide you will return address details.
We suggest that you always send any returns via a tracked delivery service, to reduce the chance of your item getting lost. Please note that should an item not reach us and you do not have a tracking number we will not be able to refund you/offer you an exchange.
Earrings and other such body jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged or suffered wear and tear due to rough treatment or misuse. It is important to take good care of your handmade items and store them in a safe, clean place.
Please ensure that they are clean after every use and use a soft cloth to clean them. Please do not allow them to become or remain wet for long amounts of time, as it can damage certain fabrics and tarnish metal components.
